Click the “Client Agreement” link below.  You will be presented with our “Terms and Conditions” as well as “Pricing” information.  You must click on the “Agree” button for the form to be accepted.  Scroll down a little further and you will find space for your “Contact Information” as well as all other case related details.  Please provide as much information as possible so that our investigators are well prepared to work your case.

At the bottom of the form you will find a “Submit” button.  Once you click this button, your case information will be sent directly to our office.  No work will begin on your case until we have reviewed your information/request and accepted the case.  Work will only begin after we have agreed upon exact surveillance dates and times.
