Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Arnold, Severna Park, Elkridge, Hunt Valley,
Towson, White Marsh.

Maryland private investigators conduct undercover surveillance to prove adultery and/or
    cheating spouse, partner.

We focus mainly on surveillance.  Videotaped results.  Typed report included in price.
No minimum number of hours.  No extra cost for rush service.  No cancellation fees.
1. How much does it cost to hire an investigator?  You pay an hourly rate which can be viewed by clicking the
"FORMS" tab.  You control the cost by being specific about start and stop times for surveillance.  Surveillance can
be for as little as 4-hours or longer.  You do not have to schedule multiple days at a time.  You can see what
happens the first time out then discuss what needs to be done next based on the surveillance information obtained.

2.
Can I hire an investigator to check out an address? Although we have a 4-hour minimum surveillance
requirement, there are some situations we would be glad to drive out ahead of time to review the area and let you
know if surveillance is possible or do a "Spot Check".  This must be approved in advance.  You would only be
charged for the actual drive time and mileage.

3.
What if I find out at the last minute that my spouse if going out after work and it’s already 3:00 p.m.  Will you be
able to get investigators out there before 4:30 p.m
?  If investigators are available AND we already have all your
paperwork/deposit, we will gladly rush out of the office at no additional cost.  Or goal is to solve your case in a cost
efficient manner.

4.
How do I communicate with your office?  The phone number listed on our web site goes directly to the owners
cell phone.  The same person will answer the phone every time.

5.
I’m afraid to provide you with my email address or phone number.  What if someone from your office calls while
my spouse is around
?  We do NOT require you to provide any contact information.  It is listed on our form but you
do not have to list it.  Also, due to the nature of our business, we do not make or return phone calls to our client.
We understand that we need to wait for you to call us when the conditions are right on your end.  The only
exception to this would be if we have discussed other arrangements in advance.  Most people request that we
contact them at work or leave a detailed voice mail message at their work number.

6.
Will I be able to contact the investigators while they are working on my case?  You will be given the cell phone
number of the lead investigator on your case.  You will usually be given a specific time to call during the
investigation to obtain an update and make any adjustments to the stop time based on what’s happening.  If you
obtain any important information about the location of your spouse during the investigation you can call our main
number or try contacting the lead investigator.

7.
What if I do not spend all of the money I gave you for the retainer (deposit)?  Arrangements will be made to send
you a company check or drop off cash for the remaining balance.

8.
What happens if I change my mind after I fill out the paperwork and send you the retainer?  You will receive a
full refund.  There are no cancellation fees.

9.
Can I use this evidence for court?  Yes.  Most cases settle out of court but there are a few cases each year that
require our investigators to testify.  Our agency and investigators are licensed by the Maryland State Police as
required by law.  We are allowed to present any evidence gathered during your investigation in court.

10.
After the surveillance is conducted, what do I receive?  Each investigator will type a detailed report showing a
time line of events.  Photos will be inserted into the report of important activities.  These photos are captured
directly from the video tape evidence.  A detailed invoice will also be prepared showing the number of hours worked.
